The Role:
The Bar Prep will be responsible for providing support to our bar team by juicing fresh citrus, making craft syrups, cutting garnishes, and stocking liquor, beer, ice, and glassware. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, works well under pressure, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar throughout Zero Bond.Â
The Responsibilities:
Prepare and replenish garnishes, juices, syrups, and other bar ingredients.
Stock beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, and other supplies.
Keep the bar, storage areas, refrigerators, and workstations clean and organized.
Assist with deliveries, inventory, and proper storage of products.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Assist bartenders and management with other tasks as needed.
Maintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
Qualifications & Disposition:
Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands
Must be able to work on your feet for at least 10 hours
Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others
Must be able to move, pull, carry and lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and 35 pounds regularlyÂ
Occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water.
Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
