We are currently seeking a Wholesale Intern who will report to the Senior Sales Manager as part of our dynamic team in New York.

How you will contribute:
- Reporting & Analysis – Weekly & Monthly Style, Account, and Door selling
- Shipping & Invoicing - Track purchase orders and update shipping logs weekly
- Quarterly Selling Campaigns – Preparation & support for seasonal markets, including scheduling, order entry, order confirmations, buy books
- Sample Management, Online Copy, & General Administrative Support
- Market Expertise & Ownership – Protect & enhance Bottega’s presentation and sales in department stores. Build competitive analyses to identify opportunities.

Who you are:
- Analytics: Excel competency managing large data sets (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strategic Communication, strong writing skills & PowerPoint skills
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work in our NYC corporate office
- Able to receive academic credit
- Available 24 hours a week
- Students MUST be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship.
