Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking a Business Analyst who will oversee the development and implementation of business process/technology solutions for clients using company products, outsourced solutions or proprietary tools/techniques.

Job Responsibilities:

• Viewed by customers as a consultant. Responsible for defining the client needs, developing a proposal to meet those needs, and overseeing the implementation of the complete project solution. Performs in both a people management capacity and a technical leadership capacity.
• -Applies a theoretical knowledge-base to work to achieves goals through own work
• Characterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education
• May provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise
• Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills
• Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers
• Solves a range of straightforward problems
• Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures
• Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction

Qualifications:

• Functional Knowledge:
• Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
• Business Expertise:
• Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
• Leadership:
• No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members
• Problem Solving:
• Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents
• Impact:
• Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
• Interpersonal Skills:
• Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations

Salary Range: 90,000.00 – 100,000.00 USD annual
