As a Business Developer, you'll architect strategic relationships that revolutionize how brands create and deliver content at Amazon. Key job responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development:
* Lead high-impact partnerships with strategic US brands and commercial teams
* Design and implement scalable content creation workflows
* Engage with senior leadership at target partner organizations

Business Strategy & Execution:
* Develop comprehensive project roadmaps with clear deliverables and timelines
* Shape product strategy and business unit direction
* Present strategic initiatives to senior leadership
* Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex partner integrations

Analysis & Innovation:
* Transform complex data into actionable business insights
* Own strategic documentation and executive communications
* Pioneer new partnership models and content solutions
* Drive thought leadership in content strategy and innovation Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
7+ experience in business development or strategic partnerships
Proven track record of closing complex deals with major brands
Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
Excellence in executive communication and presentation
Experience managing cross-functional projects Preferred Qualifications: * MBA or relevant advanced degree
* Experience in content creation, production, or digital media
* Background in e-commerce or retail partnerships
* Understanding of GenAI and emerging content technologies
* Track record of innovation in partnership models

The base pay for this position ranges from $147,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
