  • Champion AI literacy and adoption by creating comprehensive training, awareness, and skill-building programs.

  • Partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align AI learning initiatives with Marsh’s strategic priorities.

  • Embed learning into the flow of work, ensuring AI skills development is practical, timely, and relevant.

  • Develop persona-based, human-centered learning approaches tailored to diverse roles and levels.

  • Build scalable, high-quality training content and experiences that equip employees with critical AI skills.

  • Equip leaders to confidently guide their teams in the AI era—helping them set direction, encourage experimentation, clarify where judgment matters, and create a safe space for learning and growth.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives meet enterprise needs and drive skill adoption.

  • Cultivate strategic relationships with functional training leads and key partners across People Function, Operations and Technology, and beyond.

  • Ensure all learning programs comply with relevant standards and organizational policies.

  • Define and track analytics to measure program adoption, ROI, and business impact in partnership with our analytics and impact team.

  • Use data insights to continuously improve learning initiatives and demonstrate value to leadership.

  • Report progress and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels, including executives.

  • Inspire and engage the Marsh community with creative approaches that promote AI learning and behavior change.

  • Act as a marketer and community builder—driving adoption, collaboration, and peer learning through the AI Learning Network.

  • Support a vibrant learning ecosystem that fuels innovation and knowledge sharing.

What you need to have:

  • 8-12+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, program management, or related roles.

  • Proven success leading enterprise-wide learning initiatives, ideally with a focus on AI or emerging technologies.

  • Strong business acumen and a pragmatic approach to building capabilities efficiently.

  • Hands-on experience in product management, UX/design, or software engineering - ideally building AI/ML-enabled products, platforms, or tooling - demonstrating the ability to partner with technical teams and translate product/engineering constraints into practical, scalable learning and enablement solutions.

Who You Are:

  • A collaborative leader with a track record of managing large, complex learning programs and driving change without direct authority.

  • A strategic thinker who connects emerging technologies to real business outcomes and workforce capabilities.

  • A continuous learner passionate about staying ahead in a fast-evolving AI landscape.

  • An empathetic leader who understands the importance of culture, adaptability, and results.

  • Experienced in adult learning principles, instructional design, and compliance standards.

  • A skilled communicator and influencer who can translate complex AI concepts for diverse audiences.

  • Comfortable working under pressure with a bias for action and delivering measurable results.
