Position Overview

Under supervision and direction to the registered nurse performs various duties and functions in treatment and care of patients including taking & recording vital signs, assisting patients with hygiene and clothing needs.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and bathe patients.
Help patients use the toilet and dress.
Turn, reposition, and transfer patients between beds and wheelchairs.
Listen to and record patients' health concerns and report that information to nurses.
Measure patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.

CNA license and registration
Two Typed Professional Reference letters
Physical exam in the last 10 months, PPD and MMR, varicella, Hep B, Drug screening lab works
School diploma or completion
