• Act as primary day-to-day client contact across several large-scale accounts,managing the client relationships daily
• Establish credibility and develop sound business relationships with client counterparts
• Understand our clients’ business, objectives and challenges. Help navigate
organizational structures and decision-making process
• Lead teams from initial project brief through project completion across strategic, creative
and implementation deliverables
• Effectively present to clients, deal with difficult questions and run client sessions
