TheĀ Client Solutions Coordinator (CSC) ā LinearĀ position atĀ Warner Bros. DiscoveryĀ is the entry level roleĀ that leads youĀ towardsĀ the path toĀ a successful careerĀ withinĀ multiplatformĀ media sales.Ā The CSCĀ providesĀ sales support to Account Executives,Ā Sales Planners,Ā clientsĀ and agenciesĀ regardingĀ linearĀ mediaĀ onĀ all US Networks at WBD.Ā

Responsibilities:Ā
Establish strongĀ businessĀ relationshipsĀ andĀ actĀ asĀ aĀ liaison with advertising agency counterparts and internal Discovery departmentsĀ includingĀ Pricing,Ā PlanningĀ & Operations,Ā LinearĀ CommercialĀ Operations,Ā Marketing,Ā Billing and Direct Response.Ā
ExecuteĀ all clientĀ ordersĀ acrossĀ all linearĀ platforms,Ā ensuringĀ that theyĀ areĀ approved inĀ weeklyĀ programmingĀ and compliant with all client requirements.Ā
Responding to clientsĀ in a timely mannerĀ to ensure meeting the needsĀ of theĀ clients'Ā requestsĀ
HandleĀ program and commercial changesĀ andĀ issueĀ change notices to clients.Ā Ā
Work with AccountĀ Executive, Sales PlannersĀ and theĀ Marketing department on promotional assets, material deadlines, and approvals.Ā Ā
Work closely withĀ LinearĀ CommercialĀ OperationsĀ toĀ schedule promotional assets.Ā
ReconcileĀ billingĀ discrepancies withĀ agenciesĀ and billingĀ departments.Ā
Perform other responsibilities as directed byĀ Client Solutions Management,Ā Account Executives and/or Vice President(s) Ad Sales forĀ your assigned networks and agencies.Ā

Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft Word,Ā Excel,Ā PowerPoint,Ā etc.)Ā

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discoveryās total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $41,307.00 - $76,712.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
