This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to learn, builds relationships naturally, and wants to be part of a team that is directly shaping how Uniqus shows up in the market. You will work closely with the Managing Director, Clients & Markets, and senior leadership, supporting market activation, relationship development, and pipeline building activities.

What You Will Do

· Partner with the Managing Director, Clients & Markets, and practice leaders to assist with outreach around priority sectors, services, and campaigns

· Contribute to converting market intelligence and relationship activity into actionable leads, meetings, and opportunity discussions

· Maintain CRM records with discipline — logging contacts, activities, meetings, and next steps accurately and consistently

· Assist with local event strategy, sponsorships, roundtables, and executive introductions that strengthen Uniqus' market profile

· Support the positioning of Uniqus as a trusted advisor by bringing relevant insights and differentiated messaging into client and prospect conversations

· Work across teams to support smooth handoffs from early relationship-building to opportunity development and pursuit

Requirements

· A natural relationship-builder — someone who is comfortable meeting new people, asking good questions, and following up with purpose

· Energy and ambition to build a career in BD within a high-growth, entrepreneurial firm

· Basic commercial awareness and curiosity about where Uniqus' solutions add the most value

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent the firm professionally in external settings

· Organized and reliable approach to follow-up, scheduling, CRM tracking, and task management

· Willingness to attend external events regularly and be an active, visible presence in the regional market

· Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and high expectations
