Position Summary:
The Coordinator Executive helps to position JetBlue’s Chief Digital and Technology Officer for success by proactively managing time, priorities, schedules, travel and other administrative needs. This individual is highly organized, exercises sound judgment, anticipates needs, and follows through reliably. The ideal candidate is a natural collaborator who is professional, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Above all, the person in this position should delight in delivering great service in support of JetBlue’s mission to Bring Humanity Back to Air Travel.
Essential Responsibilities
- Presents a positive and professional image of the Chief Digital and Technology Officer across all interactions.
- Acts as a key point of contact to the Chief Digital and Technology Officer while also being sensitive to existing relationships.
- Performs advanced administrative duties for Chief Digital and Technology Officer and other senior technology leaders to enable efficient and effective daily operations.
- Collaborates closely with other Coordinators and Executive Assistants and provides backup support when needed.
- Assists with the preparation and coordination of materials, presentations, and information needed for executive meetings and other engagements.
- Handles highly confidential information with appropriate discretion.
- Proactively manages a complex executive calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings, identifying and resolving conflicts, protecting time for key priorities, and making travel arrangements.
- Completes expense reports accurately and on time.
- Plans and coordinates meetings, events, team activities, and other executive commitments as needed.
- Participates in special projects and assignments as requested by the Chief Digital and Technology Officer.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships across the organization, developing the network and knowledge needed to complete tasks and solve problems.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience.    Â
- Three (3) years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Outlook and Teams).
- Experience organizing/coordinating projects while providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Must be comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
- Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting a senior executive in a complex, fast-paced organization.
- Five (5) years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant.
Crewmember Expectations:
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice.
- Able to maintain a professional appearance.
- When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft.
- Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the JetBlue culture, that is, exhibit the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion and Fun.
- Promote JetBlue’s #1 value of safety as a Safety Ambassador, supporting JetBlue’s Safety Management System (SMS) components, Safety Policy and behavioral standards.
- Identify safety and security concerns, issues, incidents or hazards that should be reported and report them whenever possible and by any means necessary including JetBlue’s confidential reporting systems (Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) or Safety Action Report(SAR)).
- The use of ChatGPT or any other automated tool during the interview process will disqualify a candidate from being considered for the position.

Compensation
- The base pay range for this position is between $88,000.00 and $132,000.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue’s total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
