Key Responsibilities:

  • Own Email & SMS/MMS campaign calendar planning & workflow for eComm, retail & special events.
  • Own development of advanced marketing automation, subscriber journeys and triggered communications, increase engagement, improve marketing efficiency, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Curate campaign context, content and call-to-actions with clear and concise copy and design briefs. Collaborate with Creative team to create engaging communications based on best practices, engagement data and testing.
  • Responsible for end-to-end execution of all campaigns, flows & transactional emails directly in Klaviyo and Attentive programs.
  • Responsible for developing effective segmentation strategies to deliver engaging, relevant communications to KREWE customers and subscribers.
  • Full administration over the KREWE CRM Systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer database information that follows best practices for data entry, data quality, and data privacy.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams including eCommerce, Paid Media, Retail, & Events to develop CRM strategies that align with business goals per channel.
  • Monitor campaign, flow and transactional Email/SMS performance and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Innovate, design, test and execute subscriber growth campaigns across all digital touch points (paid and unpaid) in order to drive a healthy acquisition strategy
  • Ideate loyalty and retention touch-points and/or programs to enhance customer LTV for an omni-channel experience
  • Create regular reports (weekly, monthly, annually) and dashboards to track email and SMS KPIs and deliver actionable insights to peers and management.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years proven experience in CRM management, marketing automation, Email/SMS or a related role within a D2C omni-channel vertical.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field required.
  • Candidate must have a proven track record in digital project management and ability to engage and manage needs from senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organization and presentation skills for briefing creative teams with a particular aptitude for synthesizing complex material so that it is clear, meaningful and actionable to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (ideally Klaviyo and Attentive) and other performance marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Analytics and reporting tools including GA4 and Triple Whale.
  • Solid understanding and experience in personalization (CRM) and segmentation marketing.
  • Aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong data-mining and in-depth database segmentation experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (ie GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, etc.) and their implications for CRM activities.

Salary (for New York only): Up to $95,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.

This reflects the base salary for this position. Compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and business needs. In addition to base pay, KREWE offers annual bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, paid time off, and employee discounts.
