Customer Loyalty Representative - FT

In this role, you’ll work in an active, outdoor airport environment and have the opportunity to earn additional incentives while helping frequent and premiere customers get on their way quickly and smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

You will assist our frequent, premiere customers at our airport operations. You will process rentals for customers who are members of our loyalty programs, offer products and services that enhance their experience, and provide professional, attentive service to help improve each customer’s travel experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Engaging personality with strong verbal communication skills
• Genuine interest in providing outstanding customer service
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
