Job DetailsJob Location: Bronx, NY 10474Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 HourlyMajor Food Distributor located in Hunts Point Cooperative Market in the Bronx is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative.    $20/per hour Manage high volume calls for Customer Service/Sales department Ability to multitask Meet daily and weekly sale calls and goals Monitor orders and proactively communicate delays, shortages or delivery changes Run daily reports Data entry Assist sales with entering orders Other duties as assigned Work Environment: Professional office environment Must be willing to work on Saturday and Sundays QualificationsMinimum Experience and Qualifications: High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma Six (6) months of Customer Service experience Bilingual (fluent in English & Spanish) a must Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills with great attention to detail Preferred Experience and Qualifications: One (1) year of experience Experience with NCR eView, Extend Data   Employee Expectations:   Regular attendance and punctuality Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short notice     Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the employee(s) assigned to this position.
