Representative to join our growing team. This position is located in our Manhattan office and is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in home care while gaining valuable experience supporting clients, and families.
In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for individuals calling about our services and will help ensure a positive experience for everyone we serve.
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and assist clients, and families with questions
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate with Senior Leadership to ensure client needs are addressed
Qualifications:
- Strong phone communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
