About the Role

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support a strategic Financial Services engagement.

This role will be responsible for supporting enterprise data solutions, developing and maintaining ETL/ELT processes, performing data analysis and reconciliation activities, and supporting enterprise data warehouse initiatives within an AWS cloud environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL, ETL/ELT, data modeling, PostgreSQL, and Oracle experience, along with working knowledge of AWS Aurora PostgreSQL and AWS cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT processes supporting enterprise data solutions
  • Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and transformation logic
  • Create and maintain logical and physical data models
  • Perform data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and data quality activities
  • Support enterprise data warehouse environments and data integration solutions
  • Work with AWS Aurora PostgreSQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle databases
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data quality, performance, and integration issues
  • Document data flows, mappings, transformation rules, and technical specifications
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical data solutions
  • Support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives
  • Participate in testing, validation, production support, and release activities

Required Qualifications

    • 6-10 years of Data Analysis, Data Integration, Data Engineering, or related experience
    • Strong SQL development and query optimization skills
    • Experience developing and supporting ETL/ELT solutions
    • Experience building and maintaining enterprise data pipelines
    • Strong data modeling and data management experience
    • Strong PostgreSQL experience
    • Experience with AWS Aurora PostgreSQL
    • Experience working within AWS cloud environments
    • Experience with Oracle databases
    • Experience supporting enterprise data warehouse environments
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within Financial Services environments
  • Experience supporting BI and reporting solutions
  • Data governance and data quality experience
  • Experience supporting cloud-based analytics platforms and data warehouse environments

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary up to $118,000

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 100,000 to 118,000 / yearly

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
