Job DetailsJob Location: Drop In Center - Staten Island, NY 10301Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High School/GEDSalary Range: $18.50 - $24.73 HourlyJob Shift: DayPosition Summary: Project Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Coordinator to support the accurate collection, management, and reporting of program data across our social service programs. This role is essential in ensuring data integrity, compliance with funding requirements, and effective tracking of client services within our housing, shelter, food assistance, and community support programs. Key Responsibilities: Collect, enter, and maintain client and program data in electronic databases and reporting systems Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all data submissions Generate check requisitions and maintain budget tracking tools. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for program leadership, funders, and compliance requirements Monitor data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information and work with staff to resolve issues Support staff with data entry procedures, tools, and troubleshooting Assist in maintaining compliance with agency, city, state, and federal reporting standards Collaborate with case managers, program directors, and administrative staff to ensure proper documentation of services Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and program information QualificationsQualifications: High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in data entry, reporting, or administrative support in a social service or nonprofit setting preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database systems Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff Commitment to serving vulnerable populations with professionalism and discretion
