Deluxe Financial Services, a Deluxe company, in New York, New York is seeking a Data Driven Marketing Senior Analyst II – Creative Strategy. The Data Driven Marketing Senior Analyst II – Creative Strategy will work with senior client management to create and execute targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns for retail banks and expanding verticals. Serve as a primary client/vendor liaison to efficiently facilitate integrated marketing campaigns. Develop marketing materials that generate superior performance in terms of marketing ROI (Return-on-Investment). Collaborate daily with clients, design agencies, print vendors, credit bureaus, and specialists from other marketing channels. Drive consensus and gain approval from key decision makers across client organizations; demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills to move projects forward in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Assure quality and accuracy of all campaign collateral with internal and external stakeholders through a detailed proof approval process, onsite press checks, live data reviews, etc. Assist in the development of segment tailored marketing campaigns: authoring creative briefs, concepting, copywriting, layouts, photography direction, proof approval, file release, and collateral inventory management. Prepare and deliver high quality presentations and internal updates. Create and manage all production-related resources such as creative matrices, production specs, data and print processing instructions, quality guidelines, and production schedules. Independently explore new approaches / identified opportunities for business process improvements. Act as Lead Trainer in the development of all new hires, and assist in interview process. This position requires only little domestic travel, up to 24% of the time. Position allows working from home with commuting distance of worksite location. Annual salary between: $100,159.45 - 161,256.71.

Job Requirements

Requires at least a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Communications or a related field. Must possess 2 years (24 months) of experience with all of the following: (a) conducting client and internal stakeholder meetings and project working sessions (including campaign strategy meetings, creative reviews, testing/measurement readouts, and status meetings) using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Zoom and WebEx for scheduling and coordination, (b) maintaining project documentation and deliverables in Microsoft SharePoint, and Brandfolder to assess client marketing goals; (c) using Microsoft Access, Excel, and IBM SPSS Statistics to analyze campaign targeting and performance inputs, including audience/targeting datasets and competitive intelligence from Competiscan and Comperemedia, as well as internal campaign performance results to develop data driven recommendations: (d) recommending strategies for areas including segmentation, messaging, offer/testing strategy, channel strategy, and creative execution frameworks to support acquisition, retention, and revenue outcomes; (e) evaluating market effectiveness and ROI (Return-on-Investment) by reviewing campaign performance results team; (f) synthesizing findings in Microsoft Excel; documenting insights and recommendations in Microsoft PowerPoint, Tableau and Power BI for client presentations and internal decision-making; (g) analyzing client market trends, and competitive activity by leveraging competitive intelligence platforms (Competiscan and Comperemedia) (h) reviewing internal campaign performance results, and consolidating findings using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint to generate actionable insights and recommendations; (i) preparing and delivering client presentations containing proposals, marketing plans, and strategic recommendations; (j) authoring creative briefs, concepting, copywriting, layouts, photography direction, proof approval, file release, and collateral inventory management; (k) creating and maintaining production-related research resources and documentation, including creative matrices, production specifications, data and print processing instructions, quality guidelines, and production schedules, using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; (l) managing workflows and timelines through Jira; and (m) tracking client quotes, opportunities, and other financial/project information in Salesforce to support forecasting, budgeting, and program oversight. Experience may be gained concurrently. This position requires only little domestic travel, up to 24% of the time. Position allows working from home with commuting distance of worksite location.
