You’ll work closely with internal teams and government staff to configure and operationalize customer workflows in GovWell, support users in real time, and ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to daily usage. As one of the earliest members of the deployment function, you’ll also help build the systems and playbooks that make implementations faster, more consistent, and scalable over time.

We have a hybrid work culture that combines regular in-person collaboration at our New York City office (3+ days per week) with flexibility to work remotely.
