We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on analytics leader to serve as our Director, Decision Sciences & Audience Strategy. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of advanced analytics, audience intelligence, media strategy, and client growth—transforming complex data into clear recommendations and measurable business impact.

You’ll help define and execute the analytics roadmap, lead high-value decision science initiatives, shape differentiated client offerings, and develop a high-performing team of analytics and audience strategy professionals. From incrementality and attribution to segmentation and optimization, your work will directly influence how clients understand their audiences, allocate media investment, and drive outcomes in highly regulated healthcare and pharmaceutical environments.

This is an opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, client partnership, and compelling storytelling.

What You’ll Do

Drive Analytics Execution and Client Value

  • Lead the execution of the decision sciences, audience insights, and measurement roadmap in alignment with client objectives and growth goals.
  • Translate business and media objectives into measurable analytics programs and decision frameworks.
  • Lead high-value use cases, including incrementality, attribution, optimization, segmentation, and audience intelligence.
  • Deliver decision-ready insights that help clients make smarter, more effective media and investment decisions.
  • Identify technology, data, and tooling gaps and recommend solutions that improve workflow efficiency and elevate the quality of insights.
  • Balance strategic priorities with day-to-day project execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables are delivered on time.

Shape Analytics Products and Client Offerings

  • Identify and develop analytics-driven offerings that differentiate the agency and create meaningful client value.
  • Help advance capabilities such as attribution models, audience insights, real-time optimization signals, and measurement solutions.
  • Apply data science, machine learning, statistical modeling, and quantitative methodologies to develop actionable and prescriptive recommendations.
  • Lead the translation of complex analytical findings into clear, compelling client narratives.
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to turn emerging analytics capabilities into scalable solutions.

Institutionalize Competitive Advantage Through Analytics

  • Establish and oversee rigorous experimentation, causal inference, and measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign impact.
  • Guide the use of analytics to inform media optimization and investment decisions.
  • Oversee the model lifecycle from development through deployment, ensuring solutions remain aligned with client needs, data ethics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote sound technical standards, methodological rigor, and responsible use of data across analytics initiatives.
  • Help build repeatable processes and best practices that strengthen the organization’s analytics capabilities.

Lead and Develop Talent

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-impact team of analytics and audience strategy professionals.
  • Set clear direction, establish priorities, and provide thoughtful performance and career guidance.
  • Foster a collaborative community of practice that encourages knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
  • Accelerate cross-team skill development by sharing best practices, tools, and innovative approaches.
  • Partner effectively with Strategy, Media Channel, Account, and other agency teams to embed analytics throughout the client lifecycle.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Econometrics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience applying statistical and machine learning techniques within pharmaceutical marketing, healthcare, or direct-to-consumer environments.
  • Deep familiarity with pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA, Symphony, and PurpleLab.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data privacy, regulatory requirements, HIPAA, and responsible data-use frameworks.
  • Proven experience with campaign impact modeling, multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling, media optimization, and audience segmentation in regulated environments.
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following: Python, SQL, R, or SAS.
  • A strong foundation in statistics, experimental design, causal inference, and quantitative methodology.
  • The ability to turn sophisticated analytics into practical, strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with confidence engaging cross-functional partners and senior client leaders.
  • Experience managing direct reports, project teams, or complex analytics initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent engagements while maintaining a high standard of quality.
