Job Description
The Director, Digital Content is responsible for the strategy, development, and publishing of content across our owned digital channels - including social media, company websites, intranet, and email. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, storytelling, and operations, ensuring our brand voice is consistent and compelling across every touchpoint. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic thinker and hands-on executor; comfortable navigating a complex enterprise environment while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.Â
What You'll Do
Content StrategyÂ
Partner with SVP, Brand Marketing to develop and execute content strategy aligned with business objectivesÂ
Perform content audits or gap analyses to ensure the uniformity of content and its alignment with business goals across channelsÂ
Make channel recommendations based on audience, content type, and organizational goalsÂ
Manage editorial calendar to ensure consistent, timely content deliveryÂ

Content CreationÂ
Partner across the agency to create and curate compelling content for social, company websites, intranet, and CRMÂ
Collaborate with designers to source and collect visual assets for social and intranet contentÂ
Develop and publish content for internal and external audiencesÂ
Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation efficiency and qualityÂ
Ensure all content adheres to brand voice guidelines and maintains consistency across channelsÂ

Publishing & OperationsÂ
Manage content requests through ticketing system, coordinating with stakeholders across the organizationÂ
Maintain content freshness, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-dateÂ
Oversee press page updates and related external communicationsÂ
Manage and maintain CRM platform to support email marketing effortsÂ
Publish and manage content across CMS platforms, primarily WordPressÂ
Manage intranet content publishing and updatesÂ

Analytics & ReportingÂ
Track and report on content performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions) across channels, using Google Analytics and other toolsÂ
Provide actionable insights to optimize content strategy and inform decision-makingÂ
Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, competitive sites and emerging tools to keep strategies fresh and effectiveÂ

Preferred Skills & ExperienceÂ
7-10 years of experience in digital content management, content marketing, or related rolesÂ
Working knowledge of HTML and CSSÂ
Proficiency with CMS platforms, particularly WordPressÂ
Experience managing social media channels for a brandÂ
Familiarity with intranet/SharePoint publishing platformsÂ
Experience with content analytics and reporting toolsÂ
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to support content workflowsÂ
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skillsÂ
Experience in Advertising, Media, Publishing, and/or Enterprise B2B TechÂ

SEO/AEO/GEO fundamentals and best practicesÂ
Experience with Akumina or similar enterprise intranet platformsÂ
Experience with HubSpot or similar email marketing/CRM platformsÂ

Salary Range
