Blis is T-Mobile's omnichannel DSP, powered by exclusive first-party mobile network data and programmatic technology that gives marketers access to audiences and inventory unavailable anywhere else. As Director of Marketing, you'll own global strategy for Blis, defining differentiated positioning, leading go-to-market execution, and growing the platform's presence with agencies and brand marketers worldwide. Working closely with Product, Sales, and regional teams, you'll drive the marketing programs, campaigns, and assets that fuel pipeline generation, product adoption, and revenue growth. Own global marketing strategy for Blis

  • Define and execute global marketing strategy for the Blis omnichannel DSP, aligned to revenue growth, product adoption, and market expansion goals
  • Establish clear positioning and differentiation within the competitive DSP and omnichannel landscape
  • Ensure alignment between marketing priorities, product roadmap, and commercial objectives

Lead go-to-market strategy and execution

  • Partner with Product and Sales leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new capabilities, features, and solutions
  • Drive product launches, adoption programs, and ongoing demand generation efforts
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across all customer touchpoints and channels

Drive global brand and narrative consistency

  • Define and maintain a cohesive brand and messaging framework for Blis across regions
  • Ensure consistent representation of the Blis value proposition across marketing, sales materials, and external communications
  • Adapt global narratives to reflect regional market dynamics while maintaining overall alignment

Lead global marketing execution across regions

  • Coordinate marketing strategy and execution across key regions, partnering with regional teams to drive growth and consistency
  • Scale best practices and ensure efficient execution across markets
  • Align regional marketing efforts to global priorities and performance expectations

Support commercial outcomes through marketing programs

  • Develop marketing programs and assets that support pipeline generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth
  • Ensure strong alignment between marketing outputs and sales needs
  • Contribute to high-value opportunities and strategic customer initiatives as needed

Measure performance and optimize impact

  • Establish and track KPIs across brand, GTM, and marketing performance (e.g., pipeline contribution, engagement, adoption)
  • Use data and insights to refine strategies, improve effectiveness, and optimize investment

The Experience You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Related Field; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience in B2B marketing across product marketing, brand, and go-to-market functions.
  • 8+ years’ experience leading marketing initiatives or teams within a global or multi-region environment.
  • 4+ years’ experience supporting platform-based or ad tech businesses (DSP, programmatic, or digital media preferred).
  • Shown success building and leading high-performing teams in a matrixed or integrated organization.
  • Consistent track record of driving product adoption, pipeline growth, and market positioning.

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Proven ability to partner with and influence Product, Sales, and regional teams to align strategy and execution.
  • Global Marketing Execution: Experience managing marketing across multiple regions, ensuring consistency while adapting to local market dynamics.
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization: Strong data-driven approach to tracking marketing effectiveness and optimizing programs.
  • Communication & Narrative Development: Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for customers and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Leadership: Experience leading or coordinating teams and initiatives across functions and geographies.

Base Pay Range: $178,500 - $241,500

Corporate Bonus Target: 25%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as qualifications and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
