AmplifiāsĀ programmatic business is growing, and we areĀ seekingĀ a highly motivated and experiencedĀ SupplyĀ Director to further develop and manage our digital supply chain. The Director willĀ be responsible forĀ the continued growth and evolution of the supply chain framework to ensure trading teams are able to deliver the best possible outcomes and results for their clients. The Director will collaborate closely with agency teams, supply partners, and internal Ad Tech, Media, and Finance teams. The right candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks at once, while staying focused on growing revenue and profit.Ā Ā

Ā Key Responsibilities:Ā
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute strategies for building and managing a digital inventory practiceāÆāÆāÆĀ
Manage relationships and technical integrations with tech and media partners to ensureĀ optimalĀ performance and pricing for our deals.āÆĀ
Facilitate the creation of deal IDs and troubleshoot any technical issues related to PMP implementation.āÆĀ
Oversee reconciliations across internal and external stakeholders to ensure billable spends are confirmed and tracked accurately.āÆāÆĀ
Collect,Ā consolidate, and synthesize insights to drive our product roadmap; execute the Inventory roadmap to align with the companyās strategy, whileĀ complying withĀ industry standards and applicable government regulationsāÆĀ
IdentifyĀ programmatic supply requirements forĀ AmplifiĀ dealsāÆĀ
Manage buyer interfaces and other supply related platforms -Ā determineĀ requirements & valueāÆĀ
Analyze and provide ongoing feedback on rates and performanceāÆĀ
Maintain and document key capabilities and offerings from supply partners from technical specs to road mapāÆĀ
StayĀ up to dateĀ on the latest trends and developments in the programmatic ecosystem, includingĀ new technologies, platforms, and strategies.āÆĀ
Provide thought leadership and guidance to the team on programmatic best practices and strategies.āÆĀ

Experience/Skills:Ā
ProvenĀ track recordĀ of successfully managing strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, Product, Marketing, Legal & Finance teams.āÆĀ
DeeplyĀ familiar with the programmatic advertising ecosystem and have a strong background in supply-side platforms and managing online ad inventory.āÆāÆĀ
Proven experience in building and managing programmatic supply chainsāÆĀ
Excellent attention to detailĀ with strongĀ analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.āÆĀ
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.āÆĀ
Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, orĀ a relatedĀ field.āÆĀ
7+ years of experience working in digital advertising ideally working at a DSP, SSP or publisherāÆCoĀ
TheĀ annualĀ salary range for this position is $114,425-$150,000.Ā Placement within the salary rangeĀ is based on a variety of factors,Ā including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factorsĀ permittedĀ by law.Ā Ā
