Job DetailsJob Location: NY - Bryant Park Building - New York, NY 10036-6797The Programmatic Partnerships Director owns Locality's DSP partnerships end-to-end, from prospect identification and market/revenue modeling through integration oversight and negotiation, and carries a revenue target for indirect sales. In practice, this role turns demand-side platforms into meaningful indirect revenue partners by pushing DSPs for spend against Locality's curated Deal IDs. This role will also help manage DSP relationships in support of Locality direct sales. Successful candidates will understand how to evaluate DSP client profiles, engage client teams to drive activity and performance on behalf of DSP clients, and distinguish Locality as a superior partner.  DSP Partnerships & Business Development Own DSP partnerships end-to-end: prospect identification, evaluation, modeling, structuring, integration oversight, negotiation, and ongoing relationship management. Manage the modeling that sizes market, requirements, and revenue potential for DSPs as indirect demand sources, and use it to drive structure and negotiation. Develop account plans for priority DSPs, including revenue and margin sizing, objection handling, etc. Own creative-vendor and other non-revenue programmatic partnerships, and lead cross-functional partnership management (RFIs/RFPs, vetting, negotiation, contracting, etc.). Indirect Revenue & Integration Carry and deliver an indirect revenue target; push DSPs for spend against Locality's curated Deal IDs via Magnite and FreeWheel marketplaces. Identify opportunities to promote Locality in DSP marketplaces. Work across functions to oversee integration of new DSP and demand-side partners into Locality's platform and workflows. Partner with the Technical Account Manager to ensure curated Deal IDs are structured, propagated, and performing against partner expectations. Cultivate and grow relationships with demand-side partners — DSPs, agency precision-buying units (PBUs), and brand marketers — to integrate Locality into their programmatic strategies. Strategy, Positioning & Reporting Provide market intelligence on DSP fee structures (tech fees and hidden costs such as bid shading) to inform pricing and negotiation. Position Locality's differentiated value (local expertise, premium CTV inventory, Live Sports, LAE audience targeting, and LocalX Perform predictive performance) to unlock indirect demand. Forecast indirect revenue and report pipeline, spend, and performance against target. WHAT WE LOOK FOR 8+ years in the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, and CTV platforms) with a demonstrable track record driving revenue-generating partnerships. Proven ability to identify, model, structure, and negotiate DSP or platform partnerships, and to oversee their technical integration. Strong analytical/modeling skills to size market and revenue potential and build the case for each partnership. Strong knowledge of programmatic video, including OTT/CTV, PMP and Programmatic Guaranteed deals, audience targeting, and monetization. Commercial acumen and comfort carrying an indirect revenue target, plus the cross-functional influence to drive integration across Product, Ops, and Finance. Established relationships across the ecosystem.  Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary of $200,000-$240,000 in addition to a lucrative commission plan that brings total potential earnings up to $400,000. (dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package (including but not limited to health care benefits, retirement benefits and paid days off).   At Locality, we believe our biggest asset is our people.
