Position Overview:
A rapidly expanding healthcare management organization is seeking a Director of Human Resources to oversee HR operations for all employees across a large portfolio of assisted living facilities.
Reporting to executive leadership, this individual will provide strategic and operational HR leadership across multiple states, ensuring compliance, payroll oversight, benefits administration, employee relations, and workforce management. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR leader who can balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution.
Responsibilities:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Lead HR operations across multiple assisted living facilities and states路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Oversee payroll processes and ensure payroll accuracy
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Manage employee relations, compliance, and workplace policies
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Oversee benefits administration, PTO programs, and HR systems
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Coordinate workers' compensation and leave management functions
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment regulations
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Partner with facility leadership on staffing, retention, and workforce planning
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and reporting
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Support acquisitions and organizational growth initiatives
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership

Qualifications:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Multi-site or multi-state HR experience required
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Strong understanding of payroll oversight and employment compliance
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience supporting large employee populations
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Knowledge of benefits administration, employee relations, and workplace policies
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Strong communication and leadership skills
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Healthcare, assisted living, nursing home, or healthcare services preferred
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽SHRM or PHR certification is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:
路聽 聽 聽 聽$150,000-$200,000+ (based on experience)
