Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field required (DNP preferred)
• Current RN license
• Progressive leadership experience in Maternal Child Health
• RNC-OB or Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification preferred (must obtain within one year of hire if not currently certified)
• Demonstrated experience leading or actively participating in a Pathway to Excellence® designation or redesignation journey
• Proven ability to build an engaged nursing workforce, promote shared governance, support professional development, and drive evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives
