Es responsable de informar, vender y generar la reserva cumpliendo las pol铆ticas y procedimientos logrando una mayor rentabilidad de las habitaciones y una excelente atenci贸n para los clientes del grupo.聽
Principales funciones & responsabilidades
Contestar cualquier pedido de reserva o informaci贸n de manera puntual y profesional.
聽
Conocer todas las caracter铆sticas de habitaciones, sus ubicaciones y servicios del hotel.
聽
Enviar cotizaciones y confirmaciones en funci贸n de los est谩ndares de Wyndham.
聽
Mantener actualizada la estructura tarifar铆a.聽聽
聽
Mantener e informar las diferentes promociones.
聽
Tomar todos los datos e informaci贸n necesaria para todas las reservas seg煤n las pol铆ticas y procedimientos del Grupo.
聽
Cumplir con los cupos destinados a cada segmento del mercado, cliente y nivel de tarifa de acuerdo a la temporalidad y demanda.
聽
Educaci贸n & Experiencia
- Estudios secundarios completos, estudiantes cursando primeros a帽os de hoteler铆a o carreras afines.
- Experiencia m铆nima de 2 a帽os en posiciones similares.
