About the Role


We are seeking an EOR Operations Associate to support the onboarding, lifecycle management, and offboarding of global employees across multiple jurisdictions. This role will work closely with clients, employees, payroll, legal, and our international EOR partners to ensure a seamless employment experience while maintaining compliance with local employment regulations.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, global mobility, payroll operations, employer of record (EOR), or employment administration and is comfortable managing multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities


Employee Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding of EOR employees across global jurisdictions.

  • Coordinate employment agreement preparation and execution with local partners.

  • Collect and validate required employee documentation.

  • Track onboarding timelines and ensure employees are ready for payroll and benefits enrollment.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related employee and client inquiries.

Employee Offboarding

  • Coordinate employee terminations and resignations with local EOR partners.

  • Ensure compliance with local notice periods, termination requirements, and statutory obligations.

  • Manage offboarding documentation and final payroll requirements.

  • Track termination timelines and ensure timely completion of all offboarding tasks.

Client Support

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, and local employment practices.

  • Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Escalate complex compliance or employee relations matters to senior team members.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure employment records are maintained accurately and in accordance with internal policies.

  • Support audits and compliance reviews.

  • Assist with maintaining operational playbooks and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, Global Employment, EOR, Payroll Operations, or a related field.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and process orientation.

  • Comfortable working across different time zones and cultures.

  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, or EOR platforms is preferred.

  • Knowledge of international employment practices is a plus.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting global employees across multiple countries.

  • Exposure to EOR, PEO, global payroll, or workforce management solutions.

  • Experience working with external employment or payroll partners.

  • Familiarity with employment documentation, onboarding workflows, and termination processes.
