About the Role:

IMMEDIATE F/T OR P/T
UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT
Busy Bayside Salon and Day Spa with upscale clientele in need of an energized professional esthetician with a minimum of 3 years spa experience and NYS License.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of skin care treatments including facials, exfoliation, and deep cleansing services
Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess client needs and recommend personalized treatment plans
Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend retail products to support their skin health
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment room in compliance with health and safety standards
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
Stay current on the latest esthetics trends, techniques, and product knowledge

Requirements:

Valid New York State Esthetician License required
Previous experience in a spa, salon, or skincare clinic preferred
Proficiency in facial treatments, chemical peels, and waxing techniques
Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and professional skincare products
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about the beauty industry
