UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT
Busy Bayside Salon and Day Spa with upscale clientele in need of an energized professional esthetician with a minimum of 3 years spa experience and NYS License.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of skin care treatments including facials, exfoliation, and deep cleansing services
- Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess client needs and recommend personalized treatment plans
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend retail products to support their skin health
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment room in compliance with health and safety standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
- Stay current on the latest esthetics trends, techniques, and product knowledge
Requirements:
- Valid New York State Esthetician License required
- Previous experience in a spa, salon, or skincare clinic preferred
- Proficiency in facial treatments, chemical peels, and waxing techniques
- Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and professional skincare products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about the beauty industry
