The Events & Brand Experience Coordinator will play a key role within the marketing and communications team, reporting directly to Senior Manager, Events & Brand Experience. With a keen eye for detail, and an understanding of the luxury industry, this role is tasked with delivering industry leading events and brand experience moments.  Always ensuring excellence in execution and presentation across the network.  Â

The Events & Brand Experience Coordinator will coordinate with the local commercial & retails teams, agencies, contractors and business partners.  They will also work in close relationship with our HQ teams to elevate and maintain Vacheron Constantin’s image standards to enhance both the business and the client experience.Â

Key Responsibilities (or Mission)Â
Â
Support end-to-end execution of events including boutique activations, dinners, pop-ups, exhibitions, and client experiencesÂ
Â
Assist in the development of event toolkits, briefing documents, run-of-show schedules, and vendor coordinationÂ
Â
Coordinate logistics including guest list management, gifting, transportation, floral and décor elementsÂ
Â
Liaise with internal teams (PR, Retail, Media, HQ) and external partners (venues, agencies, artists) to ensure brand alignmentÂ
Â
Maintain and update project timelines, status trackers, budgets, and event recapsÂ
Â
Conduct research to support partnership scouting, cultural institution outreach, and benchmarking of competitor activationsÂ
Â
Assist in managing invitations, RSVPs, and guest communication with a focus on personalization and excellenceÂ
Â
Ensure visual and experiential consistency across all touchpoints (event materials, signage, menus, etc.)Â
Â
Track KPIs and post-event reporting including attendance, client feedback, and commercial impact when applicableÂ

ProfileÂ
Â
1–3 years of experience in luxury marketing, event coordination, or brand experienceÂ
Background in luxury, fashion, watches, art, hospitality, or cultural institutions is a strong plusÂ
Exceptional organizational and communication skillsÂ
Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics and designÂ
Proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyÂ
Willingness to travel across key markets in the Americas to support on-site event executionÂ
Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plusÂ
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonusÂ

QualificationsÂ
Proficient computer skills with a high level of competence in Microsoft suite, especially EXCEL and PowerPointÂ
Exceptionally detail oriented with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skillsÂ
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
Experience with SAP a plusÂ
Must be able to lift up to 45 poundsÂ
Able to work minimum 4 days per week in the NY officeÂ

Expected Salary Range: $34 - $36
