Founded in 1966, Focus Camera is a photography and electronics company serving consumer and B2B markets based in Brooklyn, NY, with over 175 employees across three locations: our Brooklyn headquarters and retail store, a 90,000 sq. ft. warehouse in North Brunswick, NJ, and our Lakewood, NJ retail store. Our employees are passionate, hardworking, collaborative, and committed to delivering exceptional results.

  • Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and internal/external partners.
  • Attend meetings, document key takeaways, and communicate follow-up actions.
  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
  • Identify process improvements and help implement efficient administrative workflows.
  • Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership in eCommerce, and exposure to consumer and B2B sales and marketing best practices
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding time management and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Comfortable working with reports, metrics, and basic data analysis.
  • Professional, dependable, and able to work full-time on-site.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Eager to learn and contribute across multiple areas of the business.
