Description

Betches Media is seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This is a highly visible, high-impact role for someone who is professional, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and exercises strong judgment, particularly when handling sensitive and confidential information. This person is not only highly organized, but also a thoughtful problem-solver who can anticipate needs, streamline operations, and help senior leaders operate at their highest level.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the COO and CCO, managing high-level communications, meeting requests, and correspondence

  • Own complex calendar management across both personal and professional priorities, ensuring alignment and optimization of time

  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and events, including detailed logistics and itineraries

  • Prepare executive-level materials, including presentations, reports, briefing documents, and internal communications

  • Establish and maintain weekly planning rhythms to ensure priorities are aligned and executives are set up for success

  • Track and manage cross-functional initiatives, strategic projects, and key deliverables across the organization

  • Lead special projects and operational improvements that enhance efficiency and scale executive impact

  • Act as a proactive thought partner by anticipating needs, identifying challenges, and surfacing solutions

  • Draft internal updates, talking points, and memos to ensure clarity and alignment across teams

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, investors, internal stakeholders, and external partners

  • Handle confidential information, contracts, and sensitive materials with the highest level of discretion

  • Exercise sound judgment in prioritizing competing demands and navigating complex internal dynamics

  • Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and other operational tasks tied to COO/CCO-led initiatives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (C-suite strongly preferred)

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of discretion and professionalism

  • Ability to operate with urgency, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Strong command of Google Workspace, Slack, and calendar/project management tools

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus

Compensation

The expected annual base salary for this role is $90,000 - $100,000. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors such as location are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation and offer package will include the following perks below.
