What you will be doing

Key Responsibilities Transportation Services Safely operate company vehicles to transport executives and guests to meetings, events, and other destinations. Plan routes to ensure timely arrivals and avoid delays. Maintain awareness of traffic patterns, weather conditions, and alternative routes. Vehicle Maintenance Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and in excellent working condition. Conduct routine inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly. Professionalism & Discretion Maintain confidentiality regarding executives’ schedules and personal information. Provide courteous and professional service at all times. Scheduling & Coordination Coordinate with executive assistants and management for trip planning. Adjust schedules as needed for last-minute changes. Safety Compliance Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies. Ensure passengers’ comfort and security during travel.
