Cerchione Hurowitz Law Group LLP, one of the premier personal injury litigation firms in New York City, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our growing team! You will a member of one of our litigation teams, working under the direction of one of our senior attorneys.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of a wide range legal documents (pleadings, discovery, motions, oppositions, et al)
- Review case files to ensure that all necessary information is complete and accurate
- Communicating with clients
- Record and store client information in our case management system
- Assist in the preparation of case files for settlement and trial
​Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience as a paralegal for a NEW YORK personal injury litigation firm (this is a deal breaker)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to speak and read Spanish is a BIG plus
