Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, schematics, and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
- Perform all phases of plumbing, heating, and sprinkler work
- Install, repair, and maintain pipeline distribution systems
- Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to work orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain professionalism with customers, office staff, and coworkers
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong work ethic, organized, and self-motivated
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Additional Requirements for Lead Mechanic Applicants:
- Registered journeyman with 7+ years of experience
- Full work gas qualification & operator qualification
- Valid OSHA card
