Enica Engineering, a division of Willdan Group Inc, provides services built on its industry-leading controls expertise and unique, hands-on project delivery. We offer services in project development, building automation engineering, control system optimization, energy metering, and field engineering services. Our clients include major medical campuses, universities, hospitals, and pharmaceutical and industrial firms in the greater New York area. Enica Engineering is seeking a Field Engineer who is interested in:

  • Building Energy Efficiency & Sustainability
  • Building Automation Controls & Controls Programming
  • HVAC Engineering Design
  • Central Utility Plant Automation
  • Broad engineering interest in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, automation, system mechanics, and improving efficiency.

Job Requirements / Qualifications:

  • General understanding of HVAC systems, building management systems and other energy using systems and system interactions.
  • Ability to independently conduct site visits and perform energy audits, collect data, and perform engineering analysis and energy savings calculations to produce tangible deliverables.
  • Perform various activities supporting the design of HVAC systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current Covid and Flu Vaccination may be required in order to be considered for the position due to client contract requirements.
