As a Field Marketing Associate in JPMorgan Chase Wealth Management, you support advisors and their teams by coordinating personalized marketing materials and providing data-informed insights that improve the advisor experience. You work closely with partners across marketing (including digital, social, content, and communications) to deliver timely, accurate materials and reporting. You balance recurring advisor support with project work that helps the team improve programs and processes.

Job responsibilities 

  • Manage assigned advisor coverage within one or more advisor channels, supporting a consistent service model
  • Partner with advisors to conduct marketing consultations, share resources, and provide tool and material guidance
  • Compile advisor business statistics and marketing history to prepare for meetings and follow-ups
  • Maintain intake records, regional files, and supporting documentation to keep information organized and accessible
  • Track advisor and team marketing assets (e.g., biographies, headshots, websites, pitchbooks, brochures) and support timely updates and recertifications
  • Support measurement and reporting by collecting, organizing, and validating metrics used in dashboards and management updates
  • Assist with audits, data quality checks, and recordkeeping to improve accuracy and readiness
  • Coordinate collateral workflows by tracking items in process through completion, including inventory and order management
  • Contribute to team projects that improve processes, programs, and advisor experience

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 1 year of marketing experience (including internships or entry-level roles)
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams with attention to detail and clear follow-through
  • Ability to communicate effectively with advisors, support staff, business partners, and marketing stakeholders
  • Ability to prepare meeting materials and organize information in a structured, consistent way
  • Comfort working with metrics and operational reporting (e.g., trackers, dashboards, recurring updates)
  • Openness to feedback and ability to incorporate input into future work

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

  • Experience supporting an advisor channel and/or wealth management marketing
  • Familiarity with creating or coordinating personalized marketing collateral (bios, pitchbooks, brochures, websites)
  • Practical fluency with AI-enabled productivity tools to accelerate research, writing, analysis, and stakeholder communications
  • Sound judgment in applying AI—knowing when to use AI vs. manual analysis, and validating outputs for accuracy, completeness, tone, and audience fit
  • Experience working with agency or vendor partners and coordinating deliverables across timelines
  • Strong working knowledge of reporting and documentation practices that support audits and recertification cycles
