Pediatric Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Family Practice
Location: 596 Pennsylvania Avenue, Brooklyn, NY (East New York)
Our growing family practice in East New York, Brooklyn is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or FNP ORÂ Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team with pediatric and family practice experience. We are a community-focused practice committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to children and families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child visits, sick visits, and preventive care
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Perform physical examinations, assessments, and routine pediatric screenings
- Administer and manage immunizations according to guidelines
- Educate patients and families on health, wellness, and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications:
- Licensed Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New York State
- Pediatric experience preferred (new graduates with strong pediatric training are welcome to apply)
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to caring for children and families
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
