Role Overview
This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work fully remotely or take place inside of New York/Vesey St. company office if preferred.
The FX Front/Middle Office Analyst at Liquidnet FX is responsible for supporting the Outsourced Trading Division by assisting with client and trade support, client onboarding and process improvements.Â
This role requires a basic understanding of FX trade lifecycle, attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones in a fast paced environment. The analyst will support the FX Sales/Trading team.
Role Responsibilities
Sales/Trader support
•Monitor trading platforms: confirmations, orders
• Support trade execution and provide client support
• Provide front-line support for client and liquidity provider inquiries
Risk and ComplianceÂ
• Produce reports for limit monitoring and control reporting
• Support audits and controls reviews, providing necessary documentation and data
• Escalate issues in line with internal risk and escalation frameworks
Process ImprovementÂ
• Support the implementation of technology solutions to improve efficiency
• Help maintain internal controls and visibilityÂ
Cross-functional CollaborationÂ
• Work with teams across the organization including Legal, Compliance, Tech, Risk, and Operations
• Support the Sales and Traders in their daily activities
• Assist in user acceptance testing for system enhancements
Experience / Competences
Essential
• Foreign exchange product expertise
• Financial systems and platforms (Bloomberg, FXALL and or individual platform
• Regulatory reporting and compliance
• Data analysis and reconciliation
• Have a basic understanding of how to execute a trade
