About the Role
This is a founding GTM position at a fast-growing, AI-native GovTech SaaS startup building the next generation of government contracting intelligence. You'll work directly alongside the founding team to architect and operate the entire go-to-market engine — from zero. This role is for a builder first: someone who ships LLM-driven workflows and agentic outbound systems, not just someone who manages campaigns.
You'll translate complex AI and product capabilities into compelling narratives and measurable growth, owning everything from enrichment pipelines to end-to-end campaign execution. If you thrive at the intersection of AI automation and revenue growth, this role was written for you.
Please note: Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
Design and build an AI-powered GTM engine: enrichment pipelines, LLM-driven personalization, and agentic outbound workflows from the ground up.
Operate and integrate a modern GTM stack — including tools such as Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, Apollo, Instantly/Smartlead, Lindy, Gumloop, and custom GPT/LLM APIs.
Run high-velocity growth experiments across messaging, channels, and ICPs; ship daily, iterate weekly.
Translate technical AI and product details into customer-facing assets: decks, demos, one-pagers, case studies, and landing pages.
Design and execute end-to-end campaigns across email sequences, paid/social, webinars, conferences, and ABM — targeting federal primes, Fortune 500 contractors, and government agencies.
Own core funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates), build dashboards, and continuously refine strategy based on data.
Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and deployment teams to align GTM motion with ICPs and delivery timelines.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
3–8 years in marketing, growth, or GTM — preferably at early-stage or high-growth startups.
Proven track record building marketing systems from scratch: automation, attribution, integrations, and measurable outcomes.
Hands-on experience with AI-native workflows — using LLMs for enrichment, personalization, classification, and copywriting — and a portfolio of shipped automations across platforms.
Comfortable working with APIs and automation builders, even without writing production code.
Strong communicator who can translate deeply technical product details into clear, compelling customer narratives.
U.S. citizen or Green Card holder (legal requirement for government-adjacent work).
Nice to have:
Background in growth marketing, product marketing, or demand generation.
Experience marketing AI/ML products, developer tools, or SaaS platforms.
Familiarity with GovTech, compliance, or federal contracting ecosystems.
Location
This is a hybrid role based in New York, NY. Candidates should expect a mix of in-person and remote work.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $140,000 – $190,000 USD annually, depending on experience.
Founding team equity opportunity.
High-impact, high-ownership role with direct exposure to company leadership and strategy.
