Responsibilities:

āœ” Manage patient scheduling for consultations, treatments, and follow-ups using dental scheduling software (Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental).
āœ” Handle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all required paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
āœ” Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries about treatments, office policies, and appointment availability.
āœ” Maintain accurate patient records in the dental management system, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
āœ” Coordinate with the team (dentists, dental assistants, and treatment coordinators) to ensure smooth patient flow.
āœ” Confirm appointments and provide pre- and post-treatment instructions to patients.
āœ” Keep the front office organized and welcoming, ensuring a professional and friendly patient experience.

Qualifications:

āœ” High school diploma or equivalent.
āœ” Experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role (preferred).
āœ” Proficiency in dental office software (Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, Open Dental).
āœ” Strong communication and customer service skills, with a patient-first attitude.
āœ” Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a busy front office.
āœ” Ability to work collaboratively while independently handling patient interactions.
