Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership, helping define business strategy and shape long-term vision
- Provide decision support by gathering data, synthesizing insights, and bringing an independent point of view to inform executive decisions
- Anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and connect dots across various business functions
- Lead communications strategy by building and managing content for internal and external engagements including meetings, panels, partner planning, and speaking events
- Prepare detailed briefings and research for partner meetings, key leadership discussions, and media engagements
- Draft and review short- and long-form communications such as workplace posts, emails, talking points, Q&As, and posts for internal and external audiences
- Distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives for various stakeholders
- Drive high-priority strategic initiatives from conception to implementation
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics
- Partner with leads to track progress on key initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Review all leadership materials, manage preparation processes, and attend strategic meetings
- Plan and execute leadership offsites, including developing agendas and presentation materials
- Serve as a bridge between teams, ensuring alignment across different functions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key cross-functional partners including Product, Operations, Finance, and HR
- Coordinate across departments to identify operational efficiencies and drive organizational improvements
- Navigate complex organizational dynamics to facilitate decision-making and remove obstacles
- Ensure operational efficiency for executive leadership and coordinate across teams
- Develop tools and systems to support content delivery and workflow optimization
- Drive change management for organizational transformations or strategic pivots
- Streamline processes to enhance team productivity and effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy execution in a large-scale, cross-functional environment
- Experience leading global programs with multiple concurrent workstreams, complex stakeholder ecosystems, and significant organizational impact
- Experience designing and implementing program governance structures including risk frameworks, escalation protocols, and executive reporting mechanisms
- Experience communicating program strategy and status to executive audiences through written briefings, decision documents, and structured presentations
- Experience using data and KPIs to measure program health, identify risks, and drive evidence-based decisions across ambiguous problem spaces
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to build program management capability within a team, including developing frameworks, playbooks, or training that improve team-wide effectiveness
- Experience leading organizational change management efforts including process redesign, tooling transitions, or operating model transformations at global scale
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience operating within technology, product, or platform organizations where programs span engineering, policy, and go-to-market functions
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Experience as a Chief of Staff or Business Lead
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Familiarity with AI-driven productivity tools and experience integrating automation or AI workflows into program operations
$145,000/year to $205,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
