We offer a blended compensation structure designed to help you grow confidently:
• Guaranteed hourly ($18–$20 depending on experience)
 • Commission on services + retail
 • Growth milestones tied to performance + education

What You’ll Do
• Provide high-quality cutting, styling, and finishing services
 • Provide color services including custom color + corrective work
 • Deliver exceptional guest experiences from consultation to send-off
 • Support salon creative projects (collections, shows, shoots when available)
 • Contribute to marketing through social media, brand presence, and industry events
 • Track performance metrics that support growth

Requirements
• Valid NY Cosmetology License
 • Previous stylist experience preferred
 • Portfolio of work
 • Resume + references
 • Barbicide Certification (or willingness to obtain)
