Summary:

The Bureau of Social Care and Community Supports works to integrate health and human services within the Medicaid program. The bureau is composed of two units, Housing and Social Determinants of Health. This position is within the Housing Unit. The incumbent will oversee housing providers that are contracted to assist vulnerable Medicaid members in obtaining supportive housing.

Duties of the position include:

Contract management and fiscal management of a portfolio of housing providers
Voucher reconciliation of the fiscal submissions made by housing providers
Review and submit budgets and contract renewals
Meet on a regular basis with providers and provide assistance on vouchers, budgets, and programmatic issues
Perform quality assurance and audits, including site visits
Scoring and evaluation of procurements
Analyzing, tracking, and reporting on program activities and contract deliverables
Review and track spending of providers
Provide training to providers on program requirements and vouchering

Basic Qualifications:

8 years of professional experience
The applicant must also have solid writing and verbal communication skills and general familiarity with Windows operating system and common software, such as Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Pro.

Regional Salary Ranges:

Albany, NY: $62,353.20 - $76,910.00

NYC: $68,588.52 - $84,600.00

Compensation for roles at Staffing Solutions Organization LLC (SSO) varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, SSO provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, SSO provides a range of benefits for this role.
