Job Duties:Â
In this role the applicant should have knowledge of how to service and repair HVAC systems for heating and cooling.
- Diagnosis & Troubleshooting of HVAC Systems
- Ductless Mini-Split Service & Installation
- PTAC Troubleshooting & Repair
- Exhaust Fan Repair & Replacement
- Refrigeration Piping
- Maintenance of Coils, Blowers, Filters, etc.
- Familiarity with Pumps, Motors & Control Wiring
- Position Requires Driving a Van
- Ability to Provide Clear Job Notes/Photos, Identify Parts & Make Material Lists
- Includes Working Independently or as Part of a Team - Good Attitude is a Must!
Both commercial and residential systems of varying sizes will be encountered. You will travel to each client's location to inspect their current equipment, identify problems with their units, and perform necessary repairs or routine maintenance. You may also install new systems and ensure they are running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have field experience, a good attitude and a willingness to continuously expand their skills.
Experience:Â
- Driver's License Required
- 4-6 years working experience working on HVAC
- Must be available to work in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx
