Summary of RoleÂ
TeamBuilder is seeking an early-career Implementation Project Coordinator to support the execution of client implementations and ensure operational excellence across our PMO.Â
In this role, you will work closely with a Project Manager to support the day-to-day execution of implementations. You will own project administration, coordination, and follow-through across multiple client engagements, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.Â
Over time, this role is designed to evolve from project support → partial ownership → full ownership of smaller implementations, with a structured development path into a full Project Manager role.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Project Execution & Administration (Primary Focus)Â
You will own the operational backbone of implementation projects:Â
Maintain and manage project plans in Asana (milestones, tasks, dependencies)Â
Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and distribute recapsÂ
Track action items and ensure timely follow-up across stakeholdersÂ
Maintain RAID logs (risks, issues, actions, dependencies)Â
Prepare status reports and internal updatesÂ
Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and up to dateÂ
Client Coordination & Follow-ThroughÂ
You will help ensure clients stay on track and engaged:Â
Coordinate client-facing follow-ups and next stepsÂ
Track outstanding deliverables and proactively follow upÂ
Support training logistics and completion trackingÂ
Maintain client-facing documentation and timelinesÂ
Draft client communications and status updatesÂ
Implementation Support & Readiness Â
You will support the PM in keeping projects moving forward:Â
Monitor project health, risks, and timelinesÂ
Compile risks and support mitigation planningÂ
Assist with internal coordination across data, product, and CS teamsÂ
Support end-user rollout readiness and communicationÂ
Growth into Project OwnershipÂ
This role is designed with a clear progression path:Â
0–3 months:Â
Learn TeamBuilder implementation processes; fully own admin, tracking, and coordinationÂ
3–6 months:Â
Begin leading portions of implementations (workstreams, smaller clients, or phases)Â
6–12 months:Â
Progress to independently owning smaller implementations end-to-endÂ
12+ months:Â
Take on more complex projects with increasing autonomyÂ
How You’ll WorkÂ
Partner closely with a PM who will provide guidance, mentorship, and oversightÂ
Enable the PM to focus on strategic implementation leadership, client alignment, and risk management by owning execution detailÂ
Operate with a high level of accountability in a fast-paced, evolving environmentÂ
Ideal Experience and BackgroundÂ
ExperienceÂ
~1–3 years of experience in: Â
- SaaS implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project coordinationÂ
- Healthcare or healthcare technology strongly preferredÂ
Core SkillsÂ
Strong organizational and execution skills (high attention to detail)Â
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistentlyÂ
Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving processes; can operate with autonomy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills the enable the team/client to be informed throughout the implementation and that expectations and timelines are clearly defined.
