5 - 7 years of professional experience on projects similar in scope to GF55's portfolio.

B. Arch degree
Professional licensure is a plus
Knowledge of NYC building codes and regulations is a plus
Revit, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, MS office
Authorized to work in the U.S.
