Job DetailsJob Location: Mother Cabrini Health Foundation - New York, NY 10017Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 Salary/yearMother Cabrini Health Foundation Investment Analyst   The Mother Cabrini Health Foundation seeks an Investment Analyst who will work closely with various members of the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation (MCHF) Investment team in a generalist role. The Investment team currently consists of eight professionals under the direction of Chief Investment Officer, Colin Ambrose. The Investment team is responsible for managing the Foundation’s $4 billion global portfolio and seeks to partner with the best fund managers across asset classes. This is a full-time exempt position and works in the Foundation’s headquarters in New York City. Responsibilities Reporting to the Investment Manager, the Investment Analyst will: Prepare analysis on the performance and exposures of both individual managers’ portfolios and the endowment portfolio overall. Support the team in sourcing, screening, and analyzing prospective investment managers. Conduct thorough due diligence on the most compelling prospective opportunities, including analysis of investment strategy, process, organization, portfolio positions, and performance. Research topics of discussion on an ad hoc basis. Contribute to a culture of intellectual curiosity, analytical rigor, and innovation. Maintain the team’s reputation for professional excellence and credibility both inside the foundation and throughout the investment management community. QualificationsThe successful candidate must have strong quantitative analytical skills, interest in investing, and a demonstrated track record of academic and professional success. Additional qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration 1-3 years of related experience Ability to travel occasionally within the United States and overseas Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail Ability to set goals, prioritize tasks, and manage simultaneous projects Strong communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written Track record of collaboration, working on a small team Highest level of integrity, intellectual capability, honesty, and personal responsibility Enthusiasm for being part of the foundation and contributing to its mission   About the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation The Mother Cabrini Health Foundation was formed in 2018 and is organized as a New York not-for-profit corporation and as a 501(c)(3) private foundation under the Internal Revenue Code. Job Location This is a full-time, 40-hour/week hybrid position based in New York City. The role requires on-site presence at MCHF’s NYC office at least three days per week. Occasional domestic and international travel is expected, along with evening and weekend work as job duties demand. Compensation: Salary in the range of $100,000 to $140,000 plus benefits.
