About the Role
The Investments Analyst will support sourcing, screening, diligence, selection, and monitoring of opportunities across key areas of the platform: direct investments in private real estate debt; direct investments in private credit (asset-backed, specialty finance, and other niche strategies but not direct lending), co-investments in growth equity and other strategies; and third-party alternative investment funds (various private market and hedge fund strategies). Rather than a narrow single-strategy seat, this is a highly cross-functional role suited to someone who wants broad exposure to private markets and employ a diverse skill set across direct single asset investing, co-investments, and allocating to third party funds. This candidate will be expected to have demonstrated the ability to improve their own workflows using AI.

- Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to improve day-to-day investment workflows; candidates who can speak to specific examples preferred
