Job Summary:
Based in NYC only.
This position is responsible for supporting daily IT operations across office users, including helpdesk support, hardware and software troubleshooting, user account administration, onboarding/offboarding, and IT asset management. Also, this role supports B2B & B2C business and operational systems, including EDI operations, 3PL and marketplace-related system coordination, SAP/BI support, and collaboration with HQ IT, internal stakeholders, and external vendors. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on IT operational experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ā

EDI Operations ā Mandatory & Critical FunctionĀ
- Set up and manage new EDI connections for new trading partnersĀ
- Connect SAP ECP customer master to EDI profiles after customer creationĀ
- Manage andĀ maintainĀ existing EDI channels (850/856/852/753/754/810/940/945), ANSI X12Ā
- EDI Platform experience (Intertrade, SPS, Cleo,Ā etc)Ā
- EDI file read/edit experience isĀ a mustĀ
- Handle EDI mapping, configuration, onboarding, testing, and goāliveĀ
- Monitor daily EDI transactions and troubleshoot failures proactivelyĀ
- Work closely with EDI vendors to ensure SLA delivery and issue resolutionĀ
- Support businessĀ & salesĀ teams in improving EDI automation and accuracyĀ
- Strong skills in project management, with experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technology initiatives.Ā
EndāUser Computing & IT OperationsĀ
- Oversee Windows & macOS troubleshootingĀ
- Lead hardware/software lifecycle: procurement, setup, maintenanceĀ
- EnsureĀ timelyĀ resolution of IT tickets with improved service qualityĀ
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and operational standardsĀ
Vendor, HQ & Stakeholder ManagementĀ
- Manage relationships with EDI, network, SAP, and hardware vendorsĀ
- Coordinate with HQ IT for ERP alignment, compliance, and escalationsĀ
- Support crossāfunctional IT projects and initiativesĀ
ITāÆHelpdeskāÆĀ
- Provide IT support to end users.āÆāÆĀ
- Respond to IT requests and inquiriesāÆin a timely manner.āÆĀ
- Monitor and ensure proper functioning ofāÆIT systems/applications.Ā
Qualification and Experience:Ā
- Minimum Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Technology mandatoryĀ Ā
- At least 1-3 years of experience in an IT roleĀ
- 2+ years- experience managing projects and people.Ā
- Must be able to work in the NY office at least three times per weekĀ
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders.Ā
- Strong IT operational backgroundĀ Ā
- Bilingual (Korean-English) is requiredĀ
